Meet the Owners
Neal Hardwick
Neal was born and raised in Southeast Alabama. He entered the Marine Corps after graduating from New Brockton High School. He met and married his wife of 30 years while home on leave after boot camp. His career has taken him from labor jobs to management in various industries; ultimately ending in business ownership. He has owned and operated a business as a wireless telecommunications general contractor for 11 years. As with most business owners, he has very few hobbies. He enjoys riding motorcycles and cooking. They have no children of their own but have helped raise many children over the years. They are currently full-time guardians of two godchildren.
Ronnie Maddox
Prior to joining the LGC team in 2022, Mr. Maddox was in banking. He brings to the table a variety of experience, expertise and value as a commercial loan officer w/ PeoplesSouth, Former CFO of ABC Fence Company , Branch Administrator of SouthTrust Bank of Northwest Florida, Northwest Financial Branch Manager, and Manager of Beefmaster Family Steakhouse. Mr. Maddox Graduated from Troy State University in May of 1981 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance & Accounting.
