Our coating delivers 100% adhesion and 120% elongation, which means it bonds completely to your concrete and flexes as the slab naturally expands, contracts, and settles. Epoxy is rigid, so it cracks, peels, and delaminates as your floor moves. Polys get soft over time and peel away. The LGC coating moves with it, which is why it lasts for years instead of failing after a season or two. Because our proprietary basecoat is made from sustainable gypsum and castor oil rather than harsh solvents, there are no noxious fumes during installation or after.
