Data Center Floor Coatings
Seamless, non-porous coatings that stop concrete dusting at the source. Static-control grounding, non-toxic and odor-free, and installation that works around a live facility.
What a Data Center Floor Has to Solve
A data center floor is a contamination control surface, a static control surface, and a heavy-load surface at the same time. Bare or aging concrete sheds fine particulate continuously, and that dust does not stay on the floor: it migrates into airflow, settles on components, and loads filters. Static has to have a controlled path to ground rather than finding one through equipment. Battery and UPS rooms bring chemical exposure that ordinary coatings cannot take. And unlike a warehouse or a manufacturing facility, most of this work happens in a building that cannot go offline, with hardware running a few feet away. Here is what your floor is up against.
- Concrete Dust → Untreated and deteriorating slabs shed particulate constantly, which migrates into cooling airflow, loads filters, and settles on hardware.
- Static Discharge → Charge that accumulates instead of draining to ground finds its own path, and in a server hall that path runs through equipment.
- Battery and UPS Rooms → Electrolyte and chemical exposure destroys ordinary floor finishes and leaves the slab unprotected.
- Concentrated Point Loads → Loaded racks, pallet jacks, and equipment carts put heavy, repeated stress on the same routes and drive coating failure at the wheel line.
- No Downtime Window → Work has to happen in a live facility. Coatings that off-gas for days or need long cure times are not viable near running hardware.
- Slab Movement → Rigid coatings micro-crack when concrete flexes or takes vibration, and every crack becomes a new dust source.

Built for Mission-Critical Environments
Eliminates Concrete Dusting
A seamless, non-porous surface seals the slab completely, so it stops shedding particulate into the airflow that cools your equipment.
Static-Control Grounding System
For static-sensitive areas we embed copper grounding strips in the base coat, tied to grounded metal posts, the standard method for establishing a controlled path to earth ground. Requirements are confirmed per project against your specification.
Class "A" Fire Rated
Non-combustible with a Class "A" flame spread rating, which matters in a building where fire suppression and life-safety compliance are scrutinized closely.
Non-Toxic and Odor-Free
A zero-VOC basecoat with no odor, so it can be installed in an occupied facility without evacuating staff or exposing hardware to solvent vapor.
Chemical Resistant
Compatible with 350 chemicals, including the exposures found in battery and UPS rooms, and rated at 0.3% water absorption against moisture and washdown.
Flexes Instead of Cracking
120% elongation and 100% adhesion mean it moves with the slab rather than micro-cracking under vibration and load, where rigid epoxy fails and starts dusting again.
Installed Around a Live Facility
Assessment & Zoning
We walk the site and separate it by requirement: static-sensitive areas, battery and UPS rooms, corridors, staging, and support space.
Surface Prep
We clean and prepare the concrete for a full bond. Most slabs need only a broom-sweep prep, though some require mild grinding or sanding.
Grounding & Application
Where static control is specified, copper grounding strips are set into the base coat and tied to ground before the coating is completed over them.
Cure & Return to Service
Floors are ready for full use in 24 hours, with no lingering odor, so the space returns to service on schedule.

Low-Maintenance by Design
Simple Cleaning
Warm water and a mop are enough. No stripping, waxing, or resealing cycles that put crews and equipment in the room unnecessarily.
Nothing to Trap Contaminants
Nothing to Trap Contaminants
Repairs Without a Shutdown
The coating bonds to itself, so a damaged section is repaired in place and blends in, no need to take a wider area out of service.
Abrasion Resistant
Tested at 28 mg loss under Taber abrasion, so cart and pallet-jack routes hold up instead of wearing through to bare concrete.
Resists Staining
The non-porous surface will not absorb spills or electrolyte, so cleanup is complete rather than leaving a permanent mark in the slab.
Holds Its Finish
90+ gloss and UV stability mean the surface keeps its appearance and reflectivity, which helps light levels in windowless rooms.

Built Tough By Mother Nature.Common Questions
For static-sensitive areas we install a grounding system alongside the coating: copper strips embedded in the base coat and connected to grounded metal posts, establishing a controlled path to earth ground. This is the standard approach for ESD floors. Because static control requirements vary by facility and specification, we review yours directly and confirm the system and any verification testing before the project begins.
Equipment and server halls, the slab beneath raised access flooring, UPS and battery rooms, telecom and IDF rooms, staging and build rooms, technical corridors, mechanical spaces, loading docks, and support areas.
Yes, and that is one of the main reasons facilities choose it. The basecoat is zero-VOC and the coating is odor-free, so there is no solvent vapor near running hardware and no need to evacuate. Floors are ready for full use in 24 hours.
Bare and deteriorating concrete sheds fine particulate continuously. The coating seals the slab with a seamless, non-porous surface, so there is no exposed concrete left to shed. Because it stays flexible at 120% elongation, it does not micro-crack under vibration and reopen dust paths the way rigid coatings do.
Yes. It is compatible with 350 chemicals and absorbs 0.3% water, so it resists electrolyte and moisture exposure rather than breaking down and leaving the slab unprotected.
Epoxy is rigid and micro-cracks when a slab flexes or takes vibration, and each crack becomes a new dust source. It also off-gasses during cure, which is a problem around running equipment. Our coating is non-toxic and odor-free, stays permanently flexible, carries a Class "A" fire rating, and re-bonds to itself for repairs that do not require taking a room out of service.
